90-day return policy

You can return a car key, key fob or remote bought from Car Keys Wholesale within 90 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. There is no restocking fee.

What can be returned

• The item was delivered within the last 90 days.
• The key or fob has not been cut or programmed.
• It is new, unused and undamaged, in its original packaging with all included parts.

How to return a car key for a refund

1. Check it qualifies (see above).
2. Ship it back with tracking to our returns warehouse: 1831 E Indian School Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85016, United States. The buyer pays for return shipping.
3. Email us the tracking number with your order number at support@carkeyswholesale.com.
4. Get a full refund of the item price once the item arrives and is checked at the warehouse.

The Phoenix address is the returns and logistics warehouse where returned items are inspected. It is different from our business address, so please send returns only to the Phoenix warehouse.

Refunds

Refunds go to your original payment method, normally within 5 business days after the warehouse receives and checks the item. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your order arrived damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email support@carkeyswholesale.com or call (317) 793-0732 with your order number and a photo before sending it back. In that case we cover the return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund.

Not covered

Keys or fobs that have been cut or programmed, and charges from locksmiths, dealers or other third parties for cutting, programming, installation or travel, are not refundable.

Shipping within the United States

Car Keys Wholesale ships only to addresses inside the United States. At checkout, choose USPS Free Shipping (2-5 business days) – Free or upgrade to Paid U.S. Shipping (2-5 business days) – $12.20. Orders are handed to the carrier within one business day. When your order ships, we will send tracking information to the email address used at checkout.
