30-day return policy

Return eligible items within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Items must be new, unused, unaltered and returned with their original packaging and included components. After we receive and inspect a return, we will email you with the approval or rejection of the refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection.

Shipping within the United States

Car Keys Wholesale ships only to addresses inside the United States. At checkout, choose USPS Ground Advantage – Free or upgrade to FedEx Priority 2-Day – $12.50. Orders are handed to the carrier within one business day. When your order ships, we will send tracking information to the email address used at checkout.

Please review your shipping address and contact details before completing checkout. Contact us promptly if you need help with an address issue.

How to return an item

  1. Contact [email protected], call (954) 248-9007, or use our contact form with your order number and return request.
  2. Wait for return authorization and the return instructions for the appropriate Keys4Less logistics facility before shipping the item. Do not send a return to the business address unless we specifically authorize it.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all components.
  4. Keep your shipment receipt and tracking details until the refund is completed.

Return conditions

  • Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery.
  • The item must be new, unused, unaltered, undamaged and complete with original packaging and included parts.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping for a non-defective or incorrectly ordered item.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If an item arrives damaged or was sent incorrectly, contact us right away so we can help resolve it.

Programming, installation, travel, locksmith and similar third-party service charges are not part of the product refund.
